G-Force?  Battle of the Planets?  ( Can't even remember the theme music 
for that one.)

Lets see... they had 4 guys and one female.. (Jason and 'Tiny' are the 
only two I remember) and they had these watches which they yelled 
'Transmute' into (which did their vehicles as well.)
