        I'm afraid That I am going to have to disagree with this big 
time.  Take the extra line between paragraphs out if you wish, but
I prefer them as I feel that it makes things easier to read, but 
it is a toss up.  HOWEVER, do leave the indents in, this it the
proper way to format paragraphs, pickup any novel, the paragraphs
will be indented.  The five or six I just looked at ALL have
indented paragraphs, but not extra lines between the paragraphs.
Altho' it does look like the lines are 1.5" lines apart, but that
is just an MK1 eyeball guess.
