Would anyone like to read a Fan Fic where all of Ranma's fiancees, except 
Akane get kidnapped? 

Sure why not, include Ranma as one of the victims,  have Akane be the
rescuer, call it "Turn About"

Would anyone want to read one where Akane is cursed 
with a Jusenkyo curse that is IRREVERSIBLE? 

Depends on the curse.

Would a story where the main 
characters causes havoc and chaos be interesting?
