Somewhere, deep beneath the Pentagon, a panic sets though.

	"Ah, sir, I think you should look at this..." said a operator, who 
sits wide eyed, staring at his radar screen.
	"What is it?" says a General, coming over to the operator.
	"Look." the operator points to a very large blip on the screen.
	"It....is...huge! But is it moving?"
	"No. It's stationary.."
	"Then...then, this will stay quiet, but if it moves, I want to be 
notified."
	"Yes sir."<<
