Ani-Mayhem is done by Pioneer, and as far as I know it is out here. 
Granted, not in all areas (I KNOW that, as it isn't available for a 
few days now where I am). It contains Ranma 1/2, BCG, Tenchi Muyo, 
and El-Hazard so far.
 Now, as of about 1 week ago, the shipping date for the official set 
of anime-maddness cards is in Nov. From what the web site says, you 
can buy a playable preview deck for about $15. 
 Oh, and from what I've heard, Ani-mayhem plays like the Star Trek 
type games.
