I liked it, but it was definitely too short.  You'll have to spin
this out a lot more, otherwise it just looks like an original,
unrelated story that's pasted into the middle of a Ranma frame.
Perhaps show more of Keiko's and Hiroshi's life;  Some parallels
that clue us in on their relation to the future Ranma and Akane.

As for Kasumi as the mage, I can't really say I like the idea, but
that's just me - there's nothing *wrong* with it.  (Do you really
think she has any *free time*?)
