        I went back to my archives and found it.  Only about one page was 
        posted to the ML.  I offered to be an editor for it, and the athor
        said that as soon as he had something he would send it to me.  This
        was on 1/31/96.  I have just sent him a followup message seeing if
        he is still working on it.
