Well, I finally put out a review than engendered some comments!
Usually, I just get a thanks from the author, and that's it.  I'll
try to be just as controversial in future.

This is a Kun-chan review.  I understand if I don't rave, you'll
all smack me.  Ah, well, I've just talked to her, and she's
forgiven me, mostly, for my SP review, so I'm writing this as part
of my apology.

Richard Lawson mentioned his doubts at Akane and Ranma falling on
each other and having sex.  I generally agree with him, but I suppose
I was reviewing it in a lemon context, so it's not as strange as 
some of the other reasons for their pairings.  Anyway, this isn't a 
problem in Caroline's stories, because we begin with the...

"Wedding" - As the first, it has a rather slow pace.  The wedding
itself is timed beautifully, with Ranma and Akane resolving their 
feelings only during the vows.  I've made clear my dislike of the
"deus ex amchina" of the lover's potion, but at least it's made clear
in a later story that it's only temporary.  The wedding night isn't
"realistic" as Caroline would say, but it's good at what it does.
This is a lemon, and lemon qualities are necessary.  Lots of orgasms,
ergo. :-)

"University" - The second in the series, revealing Akane's pregnancy.
This one is perhaps my least favorite, as it seems to be a lot of
rehashing of old elements from Wedding.  There is also a little problem
with stilted dialogue towards the end, but this could just be me.  
The characterization is still excellent, though.

"Friends and Lovers" - Very good.  Characters don't have sex when it's
OOC for them to do so (AKA Ukyou/Ryouga) and do when it is (Shampoo/
Mousse).  Akari and Konatsu are retrofitted into the story in a
good way, and I can even forgive the illogicalness of their falling 
in love.  Very good sex scenes, though Kun-chans' dislike of Shampoo
does wink through on occasion.

"Nabiki v. Kodachi" - One of my favorites.  Nabiki is *very* well
written, and we at last have an author who *doesn't* think Nabiki is
loose.  Her manipulation of Kodachi is excellent.  As for Kodachi 
and Mikado - if a sex scene could possibly be in character in the 
Ranmaverse, this would be the one.  And Kasumi and Tofu's date adds
a nice non-lemon afterthought to the whole thing.

"Forget Me Not" - This is when I really began to notice that the lemon
part of the story seemed tacked on - both of the sex scenes could have
been left out with no problem.  The plot is OK, but this goes with
University -- good, but the others are better.

"Too Much Wedded Bliss" - My favorite.  At various times hilarious,
scary, poignant, and erotic, this is the "wrap it all up" story with
a lemon twist.  Everything is well thought out, right down to the
wedding outfits.  The wedding night scenes are good, mostly because
we don't get repetition when we've seen the couple before.  And Akari
and Konatsu's scene is notable for not being immediately wonderful
for both partners - though they get there eventually, of course. :-) An
excellent addition to the series.

"A Mother's Love" - I realize this is an alpha version, and will be
revised, but I'd get more mail if I didn't review it.  The sex is
really getting secondary now, but we do have Akane's take on Tom Jones,
which is probably the most erotic scene in the whole series.  And
we get an explanation of Nabiki's love for Kuno, an assumption that had
always niggled at me.  

And then there's the other Kun-chanverse.

"Passion Spice" - No happy endings for Shampoo here.  Pairs up 
everyone that you'd expect, with some amusing passion spice antics.
Ryouga in particular is well done (though what do you expect?).
Short and funny.  Plus, my favorite line in *any* Ranma fanfic:
"Shampoo shook her empty head.  It rattled."

And there you have it.  I do sense a difficulty in continuing the
series, now that everyone's basically happily ever after...but then
there's always those Tsubasa/Azusa and Gosunkugi/Hinako pairings!

Sorry.  Anyway, perhaps *the* lemon series of note.  Read it.  It's
great.  Case closed.
