It's recently come to my attention that new subscribers to the FFML
can't post right away. What I'd like to know is how long this 'waiting
period' is to be, and also how resubscribers can bypass this waiting
period.

I'm asking partly for myself ( I don't want to have to wait a long time
to post here after I return to Halifax this fall ), but mostly for Damon
Casale, who's been unable to post here since resubbing.

Any help forthcoming...?
