3 - Send a blank email, no topic, to ftp@ranma.net
4 - I have no clue. But if you have a copy of the FAQ and didn't check it
before posting this, It's a point in favor of the affirmitive. ;)

Remember, the FAQ answers most question about the FFML. Panda and Sapphire
went to the trouble of writing it and updating it; reading it is
the least one can do. And it saves you from asking questions like this.
