I managed to get in touch with him a little while ago.  
	Yes, he's still online and writing; but unfortunately he has not
completed anything connected to 'Hurricane Season' yet (he hopes to have
the prelude, 'Libel', done tonight; and HS itself (the finale) done by the
end of the month).
	Good news, he's completed an unrelated BGC 'fic named 'Bad Moon
Rising' focusing in part on his own creations, the Dark Kingdom Renegades
(yes, I think the name's dorky too ;). I am taking the liberty of posting
both it and the prequel, 'Sailor Moon: Refugees', to this list.
