Unfortunately, only 1-4 have been written.  John is hounding the 
writer of part 5 to finish, but I don't know its status.  I'm sure it'll 
be posted here when it's ready tho.

David Tai, the author of #5, has mentioned a rather bad case
of writer's block.  He says he's not good at writing dark'n'
depressing, which is what the story requires.  

So that's another reason.
