I am loath to suggest this, not knowing the reasons for Megazone's
apparent abandoning of the maintaining of RAAC, but assuming his not returning
in the near future, do procedures exist that would allow a vote on a change of
moderator (and therefore a change of archive maintainer and even the moving of
the primary archive to another site (if necessary))? IMO this *really* has
gone far beyond a joke now and something needs to be done before the wider
anime net-world simply loses interest in the archive and RAAC. At the very
least, the site should be mirrored elsewhere. I could do it here and probably
will once my connection becomes permanent, but with only a planned 28.8K link
to the net at large, it would be impractical for me to provide a mirror here
as a replacement/new archive site. Anyone with any ideas? I've seen plenty
of flames directed towards Megazone but few suggestions as to how to fix the
problem. We *really* have to do something soon IMO, and if that means a
change of moderator/archive-site then so be it.

PS.	Note that I would *not* put my name forward for possible moderator
under any circumstances. Disregarding everything else, I've not the time,
patience or the access needed.
