Actually, while the firearm is legal (and only then in the case of a 
handgun), last I checked the open container was not (not that I would 
know... I don't drink)


But that ain't the point, is it?
Anyone can find fault in anyone else's place of residence... it's all a 
matter of pride.  We Texans tend to have a lot.
