Well, overall, yes.  In practice, I have yet to see it happen.  The 
Queensland Government is on its way to being independently QA'd 
(Quality Approved), so we can't be doing too badly.

As for the Law and Order, since the Gun debate flared up, we haven't 
had a lot of those.
