It's just a throw in episode... But, hey, that's what the OVAs are made
from, mostly! It's in one of the Ranma mangas... 33 I believe. You find
out that Ranma can NOT draw... Akane's better than him... But Ukyou can
draw well...... although the horse drew better! O_o

The OAVs are from the manga's, as far I I know, such as the Hinako-sensei
storyline, or the one wiht Evil Kasumi (Ohhh,..can wait for that....).
Anyway, it the TV series that ends up with the stick in eps...which is kinda
annoying....

Sort of ... they exand on it/change things/get rid of stuff... It's still
not quite canon...
