Oookay, Hmmmm??, duh??, <scratch, scracth, scratch>,  ahem, 
here we go.....wait...its, been done before, damn! 


        Seriously, a week ago I read a story by Richard 
Lawson, "Heart of the Home", a very touching Kasumi Tendou 
fan fiction story.  Now I've only been reading fan fictions 
for the past five months, but in that time, I haven't seen 
too many stories concerning Kasumi.

        Now here would be a challenge, writing a story in 
which Kasumi's character starts to develope beyond or away 
from her normal calm, sweet, and nuturing ways.  The change 
or developement maybe based on some sort of incident 
involving the other characters in the Ranma Universe, which, 
directly affects Kasumi.

        On the other hand, Kasumi could <for some reason> 
just decide, on her own, to do something that would seem 
totally out of character.  The storyline in this case could 
go in two directions. First, you could re-trace events that 
caused Kasumi's action(s). Second, you could look at the 
effect on the Tendou household with Kasumi acting differntly 
or even removed from the Tendou home.

        Imagine.. Akane would really be forced cook a decent 
meal (or risking the demise of all from chronic intestinal 
disorders).  Nabiki's contibution to the household may have 
to go beyond financial concerns.  Ranma may start thinking 
about what a burden he and his father are on the Tendou 
household....so on and so forth.  

        I don't know if this helps or not.  All I can say is
