(!)  Well, there WAS also an episode of the Anime where Ranma and Genma
stole the Nanban Mirror from Happousai to go back and stop themselves from
training at Jyusenkyou...   But it turned out to be a dream within a
dream....  But a damned funny episode.  (They went to the future first, by
mistake, and found a married Akane who had three children that turned into
kawaii little black pigs when they went swimming...)

But, as Kun-chan says, the anime is not canon.
