I donno... the only thing that comes close to that description that I know of
was a geas-inducer, which compels the consumer to do something when a keyword 
is said, sort of like a simple stimulus-response action.

Anyway, from what I remember, Shampoo sneezed and told Ranma to hug her
whenever she gave some other sort of stimulus (like clapping her hands). Two
problems: a) the Geas-spice took the sneeze to be the trigger, and b) the spice
took 'her' to mean the giver of the signal.

Now, Kuno shows up, and he has a cold...

Alright. The point is that there is no reference to an actual 'Passion Spice'
that I know of in the manga. There is no passion involved, just compultion
(like Kunou's own compultion to carve up watermellons into concise sections).
