Why hasn't he? Take that umbrella to her little soft head... 

	Ryouga hasn't kill Ranma, his sworn enemy as long as Akane isn't involved.  It 
seems to me Ryouga really lacks the motivation to kill anyone unless Akane is involved. 
 If Shampoo tries to stop Akane and Ryouga from falling love, then Ryouga would probably 
kill her.  However, even someone like Shampoo's intellgient enough to know that getting 
Ryouga and Akane together means Ranma will be for herself.  As a matter of fact, Shampoo 
tried to help to put Ryouga and Akane together.  She's smart enough to know that getting 
rid of Akane means Ranma will be for herself.
