Grrr!  It was wonderful!  It was the only fitting ending that the
series could have.  You people who always have to have a perfect

Takahashi-san knew *exactly* what she was doing.  The series could
*never* end with a definite resolution.  She showed the marriage
as a hint at the future, but kept the status quo outwardly intact,
because she realized, as any good author would, that a story that
is completely resolved is a story that is completely ended.

I would not want an ending that leaves no room for any future
except "They lived happily ever after".  I want an ending where I
know that tomorrow Akane will be calling Ranma a baka again,
Shampoo will turn up and everything will go up in that wonderful
chaos we've grown to love.  I want an ending that says "And all
this was just the beginning...",  not  "That's all folks!"

In a word: Neat.

As much as I prefer Takahashi-san's version over "let's marry 'em"
fics, I still love 'em when They're done well  (see Kun-chan's,
Misa-chan's, or Thy Inward Love)

You might want to look into the difference between "Your" and
"You're";  I think you mean "Veil" instead of "Vale" and "Priest"
is spelled as thus.  The same goes for "Haute Couture".  That's
all on the spelling fron, that I can remember.

Plot-wise, I only have one thing that struck me as a little off.
Kasumi's behavior was not *exactly* out of character, inasmuch as
it doesn't contradict what we've seen of her in the original
stories.  But it's definitely *different* from what we're used to,
so you might want to make the change more gradual or stress the
fact that up to now we've only seen a fragment of her personality.

Anyway, thanks for writing this and posting it here to read.  I
enjoyed it - I hope I made that clear. :)
