True it's a men's camp.  However, Klink did have a secretary.  That would
most probably be Akane.  Ranma would be Col. Hogan.  Kuno as Klink I will
not dispute.  Genma as Sgt. Shultz (nuff said).  Ukyou, disguised as a guy
of course, could be LeBeau, the french chef.  Mousse as Kinch, the radio
operator will work out.  Ryouga <sp> would be almost perfect for the role of
Carter, the bomb maker.  Nabiki as Newkirk, the english con artist will work
if you ignore the fact that Nabs is a girl.

Given a few more minutes I can come up with a few more characters.

Everything you said could work, except for the Col. Hogan = Ranma.  Hogan was
the one who *THOUGHT* out everything and came up with the solutions.  Ranma is a good fighter and leader, but he could never form the plans that Hogan does
except, maybe, in battle.  Ranma's too direct, while Hogan works behind the 
scenes.  Otherwise, those are pretty good choices.  Though, if I rember right, 
LeBeau was also their disguise expert (I'm not positive because its been about
4 yrs. since they took it off the air here :(  ), which would mean Tsubasa
would be better for the part.
