Hogan's Heores might be a bit difficult, especially since its a men's POW
camp.  That would rule out everybody who could play the part of Col. Hogan.
Klink would almost have to be Kuno because of how he misses everything obvious.
Mousse could be the black guy(sorry, forgot his name) who made the radios
and stuff.  I'm not sure who could fit any of the other parts though.

True it's a men's camp.  However, Klink did have a secretary.  That would
most probably be Akane.  Ranma would be Col. Hogan.  Kuno as Klink I will
not dispute.  Genma as Sgt. Shultz (nuff said).  Ukyou, disguised as a guy
of course, could be LeBeau, the french chef.  Mousse as Kinch, the radio
operator will work out.  Ryouga <sp> would be almost perfect for the role of
Carter, the bomb maker.  Nabiki as Newkirk, the english con artist will work
if you ignore the fact that Nabs is a girl.

Given a few more minutes I can come up with a few more characters.
