It was adark and stormy night.  An intense lightning storm gripped
Pittsburgh, bringing 8 hours or more of continuiously lit skys.  Thunder
roared and driving rain flooded the streets at times.  Through it all a
lone machine, our hero ghost, struggled to provide it's services to the
world. Just as the storm began to break, a cleaning lady did appear in
the office area near ghost, doing her nightly duty.  And all was well
for ghost had weathered the storm. 

AND THEN THE DAMN WENCH PLUGGED HER DAMN 10-AMP VACCUUM CLEANER INTO A
CIRCUIT WITH 10+ WORKSTATIONS ON IT!  


AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(And just as extra icing, the security system started to complain about
the powerfailure, beeping every 10 seconds until the power was restored
5 hours later.  And of course I was more or less trapped in the office
by the rain and a lack of buses.  <twitch>  <froth>  <spasm>)
