John Cleese V/O: There now follows a party political broadcast on
                     behalf of the Shadow Party.

Cut to the Ki-Spirit standing behind a podium.

Ki-Spirit: Good evening. There has been some recent confusion
regarding our party and the Shadoloo crime syndicate, so I'd thought
I'd take this moment to clear up the situation. *ahem* While it is
true that the Shadow Party does get a small amout of it's funding
from Vega (Read: M. Bison if not in Japan) and that he has agreed
that his soul is mine when he finally kicks off, we are not
affiliated in any shape, way or form with his organization. I, my
future meal--er--fellow beings, am not a crook...

Ukyou: No, you're just a soul stealing monster from beyond.

Ki-Spirit: Excuse me, won't you? ENGULF!

Ukyou: What are you going to do? I'm already dead!

    (Ki-Spirit tee-balls Ukyou off screen)

Ki-Spirit: My apologies. I can honestly promise you that if I'm
elected your next president, the government won't be sucking you dry
on taxes...

CAPTION: She'll just suck the soul right out of you.

Ki-Spirit: I have been accused of wanting this job merely to
devour the souls of the American people. This is not true. I want the
job so I can devour the souls of ALL the people! But I can guarantee
you that excessive taxation will stop!

(The Ki-Spirit pounds the podium and immediately falls through
the Earth's crust. The Shadow Party's slogan appears on screen.)

John Cleese V/O: This has been a party political broadcast on
behalf of the Shadow Party.
