Surreal World:  parody of MTV's The Real World where you lump a bunch
  of guys randomly and stuff them in a house.  Take Ranma, Ataru
  (Urusei Yatsura), Kyosuke (Kimagure Orange Road), Mamoru Chiba
  (Tux-boy from Sailor Moon), Washu (Tenchi Muyo), Urd (Ah, My
  Goddess!), and Nuku Nuku (All Purpose Cat Girl Nuku Nuku) in one
  house and try to have a normal day.  Parts 1-3 done, and it's
  been, oh, let's see... three?  four? several months since
  part 3 and there's supposed to be a part 4 some time....

Raiders of the Nanban Mirror:  Take the Indy Jones plot, stuff in the
  characters from Ranma 1/2.  Tongue in cheek stuff, half-done.

The Pursuit of Happiness: Ranma's life is getting settled, but
  Ryouga's is just getting messier and messier, with multiple
  love interests and an old rival.  This one's been delayed for...
  six, seven, maybe eight months.  Doesn't look like it'll be
  done for another several months either.

Ghost In The Tank:  It found a voice, now it needed a body.  It got
  a tank.  Tank Police + Ghost In The Shell fic.  In development.
