Hmmm, now here's an idea...
Sure it does! In fact I hope to meet Mr. Van Vliet (he asked me to call him
that<g>) at a similar location soon (we only live maybe an hour and a half
apart by car) for a minor summit on all things BGC.

I met Bert at Katsucon2, he's a cool guy and incidenty the person who gave
me the subscribtion info for this ML. So if you don't like anything I post
then blame him, it's all his fault, because he "knows what he's doing". ^_^

Ya know... just had a thought... it might be kind of fun to have an annual
FFML get-together... anyone have any ideas on how we could do this and
what the event might entail? I can see it as an informal affair, as well as a
more organized event with discussion panels, people trading signed
manuscripts and a scheduled dinner and party at the end of the day.
The biggest problem I can see off the top of my head is the traveling
distance for many folks. But it would be fun :) Any other thoughts out there?

Hmm, I had been thinking of this earlier today at work. I get the
impression that most of you live on the north end of the continent. My
thought was that when Katsucon3 rolls around (sometime in late Feb or early
March) that we could do a big get together like the folks at AnimeMUCK did.
That's my $.02, I'd like to hear what everyone else has to say.

PS We might want to start listing what cities we live in, so someone could
organize a good meeting place. I live in Pensacola, FL.
