I keep trying to post my fanfic, but nothing is coming through.  Is 
there a problem with the ML or is it me?

Yes, there is a problem, considering in my case it took one and a half hours 
from the time it was sent for my own fanfic to end up on the mailing list.  
I'll ask again...what's up?
