Normally, endings are my strong suit.  However, I had no idea what the 
last line or paragraph of this story should be.  I sat for TWO HOURS 
trying to come up with an ending.  At one point, I actually wrote:  "It 
was unfortunate that a thermonuclear bomb detonated at that very 
moment."  Not that I really wanted that to happen, I was just so 
frustrated.

Then it occurred to me:  what's a fanfic ML for?  Tell me how *you* 
would end this part.  I'll give full credit to whoever comes up with an 
ending I like.

I did put a last line in, but it's very feeble.

you should just end it with "the sobbing wouldn't let her finish."

or end with the mention of the gold ring.

(or end with a sniper's bullet lodging itself in ranma's head!)
