Patience....hmmm knowing how much her fics are liked and sometimes 
demanded this could be a hard .... (brian notes that as patient as I can 
be Misa-chans FanFics don't come out fast enough.. ^^)

This is a requirement, I thought it was a understanding...who couldn't be 
nice to Misa-chan

12. Some college education

Not a prob..I think a few college students subscribe to the list

13. Able to have stimulating conversations

I take it that stimulating would have to be any thing but anime or 
possible including anime but not primarily that.... (Brian notes to 
himself and single guys on list...okay time to start reading newsweek ^o^)

14. must be good at *ahem* or willing to learn

I think i got *ahem* down but always willing to learn ^^;  

15. must like animals (cats, rabbits, cute things. not overly into dogs [I
am allegric to them])

hmm.. not a prob... have had 8 cats in my life, 8 dogs, horses, lizards, 
3 rabbits including a guard rabbit (he scared away all the cats in 
the neighborhood)....(hmm.. maybe I should write a fic about that...)

16. Must be able to drive
