Nope.  What happened was Jun turned Joe into a piglet.  Both are sent to

Urd by 

their mother (who thought Urd was an avatar, not a goddess) to fix the

problem. 

Urd screws up by not paying attention to the spell formula and invokes a 
sex-change spell instead.  Both of the screwed up spells interact with each
other in preventing any change to them.  Urd, generally, is inaccurate. 
Powerful, but inaccurate.  That, the fact that she lies, and her belief that
the means justify the end (to paraphrase Belldandy) have relegated her to
second-class.

I see...hmmmm...isn't an avatar the earthy from taken by a deity? or are we
talking Ultima Avatars?

Either way, it doesn't matter, though it was the former.  Jun's mother made a 
mistake in what Urd exactly is.  

Hopefully, I'll get to do more with her at some point.

Probably not.  After all, would you try to take care of your English teacher if 
she was a kid.  She would know how to deal with her without resorting to 
violence, though...

Yup, and she naturally gets her cut in all of the club's deals ^_^  She's
also branching off and taking pictures of him and selling those pictures to
all the girls at school.  Kuno's a good source of money, but increasing one's
customer base is always good.

Yup.  A portion of the proceeds from those sales go to the ATC.  However, a 
portion of what the ATC gets goes right back into her pocket....

Naaaa....she doesn't have The Laugh(TM).  My brother comes closer to being
Jinnai than she does, since he's just about as megalomaniacal and at least
attempts The Laugh(TM)..

There's one page where "Bwhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!" Lasts
for 4 lines...after Nabiki's bugrom and Kuno knock, Ranma, Kasumi, Ryoga and
Areere off a bridge on Mt. Muldoon...

Hmmmm...was that enough to get Kasumi mad? ^_^

Phew...one hell of a weaponsmith there.  I wonder if he gave some

Well, Rubicant Has been leaching of part of Heven for the last quarter
Millenium, and he dosn't want to loose it...and also, Rubicnat may be one of
the most powerful gods, the Lord is the Ruler of his particular place, it's
like the President of the US cant just go into Switzerland and start giving
orders...
