Anime Excuse #213: Tried to help Linna start her car

I'm sure Wakko would _love_ to help Linna with her car.

Wakko: I'll fix it! 

[Wakko pulls out a huge mallet and flattens it to a pancake.]

Linna: *SCREAM!*

Wakko: Don't worry! 

[He pulls out a bicycle pump and pumps up the car until it looks and
floats like a balloon.]

Wakko: Watch this! 

[Wakko then pulls on the pump hose and the car goes shooting all over the
place balloon-style and comes to a stop right in front of them, looking as
it always does.]

Wakko: Now try it! 

[Linna gets in the car and starts it up. It works perfectly!]

Linna: Hey, it worked!

Wakko: I told ya I'd fix it.
