Okay. But that makes me wonder why Zoner and people who post to
r.a.a.creative have no problem with him archiving all their stuff
without him requesting some sort of permission. Would he be protected
by the nature of the group, i.e. a moderated newsgroup is sort of like
a magazine, and he's just storing back issues?
