Is there someone who can post to r.a.a.c on my behest?

My news server doesn't get r.a.a.c  (they told me they added it but they 
lied, or moke likely added it incorrectly).  I'd like to post my fanfics 
there, that way they also get to Megazone's archive.

Yes I do post to the anime-creative mailing list, but I don't think it's 
the same...I don't think that gets onto std.com.
