Yeah... I know... That's the point. A super Chi attack is almost unstopable.
I might make it harder to do them...
BTW why do all special moves have the same timing (7)? Shouldn't it
depend on the timing of the normal move? I mean a Ki-assisted Normal
Punch does less damage than a Ki-assisted Flying Kick but has the same
timing.
That's cause it requires a lot more concentration and power to do
one of these rather than a normal move. (sides I said I'd never tested it!)
