It is a mailing list.  You could send your fic to it.  Many do.  (I didn't
know about it when I started this list.  I might not have if I had known.

Ok, so here's the question.  Does the RAAC remailer put all the mail
sent to it into those messages titled "ANIME-CREATIVE digest ###?"
Or are those the ones that are pulled in from RAAC?
