If they'd just arrive on std.com, then we wouldn't be having this argument.
Who cares about racc if all the stories end up at a site?  But (and here's
why people are stressing) they aren't there either.  They are *only* on
the remailer.

Remember, stuff from RAAC gets put on the "RAAC-ML", but stuff from the
"RAAC-ML" isn't necessarily from RAAC...
