This is a definite departure from what seems to dominate this 
list recently.  I've always been more attuned to the long-fic groove (and 
BGC, at that), 

Where's the Prodinator?  I wanna see "Machina non Grata" finished!

Prodinator?  Did I miss a reference to my own works?  Geez... how 
embarassing.  

Machina _will_ be finished ... eventually ... this was a one hour 
diversion, and an experiment in writing short works.

A very different take on the characters, and Ranma's comments on each of
them were, IMO, fairly dead-on.  You just intentionally left out the comic
twist to make their characteristics endearable.

Something like that.  Some of my favorite works (both fanfic and 
RealFic<tm>) have really delved deeply into the absurd -- that was sort 
of the angle I was going for.
