Panda uses the jet-pack portion of Sylia Stingray's hardsuit to blast out of
the "Why lemon?" thread. Sure is nice to have access to the web site version of
the BGC Smithsonian ;)

Stargazer sees Panda lift off.
"Damn! I missed him, but I can follow him now."  he fires off a small dart
that impacts into Panda before he can get away, which implants a microscopic
homing device.  This promptly moves itself into another part of Panda's body
by means of the blood stream.  Panda notices the dart, and thinking that it
might have injected a tranq/narcotic/poison, he swallow several antidotes
and forgets about it (after pulling the dart out of course :P  ) "Now I've
got him!" Stargazer 'ports after Panda.
