Ok, so one bad tick for putting myself as a fighter. Hey, I did it with
three other friends in it! Besides, it has to do with the plot, sorta.
2. - DO NOT have yourself walk out of the fic feeling glad the whole thing
happened. Even if the characters fail to make your life miserable, don't
write it as a good experience.
Not gonna happen with my story.
3. - DO NOT use yourself as a deus ex machina, a solver of problems.
Ok, another tick for me.
4. - DO NOT form any serious relationships with a character.
Alright, that's three ticks now.
5. - The whole genre of self-insertion is best done as a comedy, better as
a parody, and poorly as drama.
Does this count as another bad tick for me?
Of course, there are exceptions to all of the above rules.
I hope my story is one of those.
Mr. Ji - *sigh* Don't make it a lemon. I really mean that. I've never
flamed an individual in my life, and I'd really hate to start now.
Call me Jack. ^_- I'm not going to make it a lemon. I might just add a
side story to it that is a lemon, silly!
