I mean it.  I've sometimes considered it.  I even had an idea, where 
Aeka and Ryoko have become First and Second Queens to King Tenchi and 
have an argument over who's better at pleasing him.  But there's no way 
I could write it (which is a shame, 'cuz it was freakin' bizarre...).

Mostly, it's because I'm too embarrassed.  Any time I try to write 
something hentai, I suddenly have a strong desire not to.

Also, I can't think of a good way to describe sex scenes.  If you use 
vulgarity, it sounds like something out of the Penthouse letters page, 
which would not be what I wanted.  But if you use standard terms, the 
result is about as erotic as a medical journal.  Or you can use flowery 
metaphors, in which case you end up with (barf) a romance novel.

To be more accurate, I'm not putting down hentai writing styles.  They 
just don't seem to fit well with the way I write.

I guess it's just a case of hentai-hangup.  :-)
