I got this idea after watching Mission: Impossible, the movie.

Scene: We see Urd receiving a tape from Heaven.

Urd: Why would they send a tape instead of a phone call?

She then puts it in the tape recorder. It is the voice of Kami-sama.

Tape: Your mission, if you chose to accept it, is to asassinate all the 
fiancee's of Saotome Ranma except one in any matter possible. This tape 
will self-distruct in five seconds. (The tape burns, ruining the tape 
player.)

Urd: WHAT?! Kill someone? 

That's all I thoguth of so far. Should I continue witht this?
