Bad Habit #1:  Never listen to an author's opinion of his own 
story.  I had postponed reading Akane 1/2 for a long time, mainly
because the author had said it wasn't very good.  Finally read

Jeff alwasy says that...if he likes any of his own writing, I've never 
been informed of that fact, and he's an excellent writer.

Now, admittedly I still have some bad fic reading habits.  I still
can't stand authors in their own stories, and I don't like Robert
Jordan.  But hopefully these two fanfics have taught me tolerance,
and I like to think I'm a better person as a result.

Now where's Part 5?
