Actually, quail eggs are quite common in many Asian markets and are used 
in many Asian dishes (several Filipino foods also use quail eggs).  Being in 
California, there shouldn't be any problem finding any :).  Can anyone 
e-mail me privately other recipes for okonomiyaki?  I want to try some of 
these out when I head home for the summer. Thanks!
