I had no idea that this was in argument.

Being a guy, I have this reason:  Ryouga is much easier to
write.  I admire his motives and personality.  In order to
write Ranma, you have to have him be a git most of the time.
Ryouga can be charming.

Ryouga is my favorite male character.

Now, I have to go debate about my favorite *female*
charater (still a tie - Nabiki & Ukyou)
