I will admit that I do not know much about the American and Canadian 
systems of justice or other cultural referances.

I at least will admit when I am wrong.

Felling that I perhaps did not know as much of my own justice system, I 
went and checked the 'facts' that were pointed out to me on this list and 
i have to say that they have very little bearing on reality.

Of course, this is a fiction writing list.

In future, please DO NOT ask me any questions concerning my culture as I 
will not ansere them.

Instead please ask others who know my culture so much better such as John 
Wlater Biles who is so knowledgeble in Japanese law, language and culture 
that he knows more that the natives of that land.
