Actually, there is one source of great competition.  Sagato's brother...
that dark knight, I don't remember his name... -_-  It's in Magic Night
Rayearth II.  She falls head over heals for her.

The other competition is Nova.  She will stop at nothing to possess
Hikaru, body, mind, and soul.  Nova loves Hikaru.  She likes anything
Hikaru fears or dislikes, while hating anything she likes.  Nova is kinda
demented, twisted, and .... very Iczer-2ish. In fact... Hirano had a hand
in this one.. ^_-

Debts to pay for destroying Sefia, killing the emerald princess,
attracting foes from the other worlds.  It would be expensive, and in some
cases, her status as a magic knight costs more than it pays.
