I doubt it.  Kodachi is pretty close to being a rapist already.  I can't call
restraining an unwilling person and having her way with him anything else, un-

Remember when someone posted something about the way Shampoo might not even 
know what sex was?  I figured that if Shampoo might not know, it's even less 
likely that Kodachi has a clue (since she's insane).  Even if she did, the 
shock of seeing how much pain a rape victim suffers might change her mind 
about paralyzing people.

Besides, if Kodachi tried to be friendly to Ranma-chan, it would be one of 
those nice surprises for the other characters (like Cologne adopting Akane).
