A figure emerges from the misty alleyway where authors hide when their fics
decide to desert them. The muscular male walks toward Panda while fingers of
electrical energy course over his body then fade away. The figure is over
seven feet tall, clad entirely in leather and carrying a gun that makes the
BFG look like a toy. Enter the TASKMASTER.

Panda: Yipes! Who the hell are you?
TM: (In a perfect Arnold Schwarzeneger Terminator voice) I am here to take
care of business while the TaskMistress is away from the list. Where is Part
2 of "The Dragon's Tower" and "The Dark Traveler"?
Panda: Uhhh...would you believe they were stolen?
TM: No. (Weapon is now cradled in his arm in a ready position)
Panda: Okayyyyyy. How about they were deleted by mistake?
TM: No. You have one more excuse.
Panda: Ulp! Okay! I'll get to work on them tomorrow.
TM: Not good enough.
Panda: Ack! Whaddya mean? What do you want from me???
TM: Not much. Just a new chapter. Let's have it.
Panda: But I don't have them finished yet!!!
TM: Then begin writing. Now.
Panda: Uhh, but I was gonna check into #ranma! and see if- ACK!
TM (Holding Panda by the neck as his feet swing a foot off the ground) Begin
writing now (TM drops Panda into a chair in front of a computer)
Panda: Uhh okay. But how about a cup of tea? And some music? I really write
much better when-
TM: Write. Begin now.
