<Numerous Arguments for and against doing Extremely Nasty Things
to convicted rapists snipped>

I for one am of two minds about this subject. One part of me is
well aware of the trauma rape victims undergo (let nobody tell you that
date/aquaintance rape is not "real" or "as serious", someone close to me
can tell you differently) and would, assuming I can verify their guilt,
happily emasculate some of these toads with a spoon ("Because it's
_dull_ you twit, it would hurt more": Alan Rickman in Robin Hood).
_BUT_, I also remember how many of my people (yes, I am Black and
Male) have been jailed, lynched and/or tortured more horribly than most
could imagine at the mere rumor that they _may_ gave *ahem* "Debauched
White Womanhood". Today, in a legal system that determines guilt or
innocence by the quality of the defendant's lawyer, being of the wrong
racial or ethnic group is yet another strike against you.
Would any of you honestly take the risk of punishing one thus
falsly convicted as you have discribed in earlier posts?
	My $0.02.
